HOW LONG DO I HAVE BEFORE MAKING A RETURN? 

You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to make returns.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED A RETURN SHIPPING FEE?

Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund based on the return method and number of items.

To ensure the fee is applied correctly, please use the provided shipping label. Returns sent using other methods will not qualify for a refund.

Note:

1. Use the provided return label/code for proper processing. Returns sent through other methods won't be eligible for return shipping fee refunds.
2. For multiple items from the same order, send them together to minimize return fees.

 

WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED?

items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and not classified as final sale, which includes bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and hats). Please note that swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene liner is still attached.
