How can I make a return?

1. Identify items and create a mailing label by using our BloomChic returns process to create and print a prepaid return label

2. Pack your return securely, including the packing slip generated by the returns process, and affix the shipping label to the package.

3. Drop off your package at the nearest post location.

Once your return is received, BloomChic will process your refund within 5 business days and issue it to the original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when the return is completed.
