STEP 2: Wait for further instructions Once we receive your return request, our customer support team will contact you with the next steps, including how to proceed with the return.

WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED??

items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and not classified as final sale, which includes bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and hats). Please note that swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene liner is still attached.
